Barambah marinated Fetta
Mt Zero Pitted Olives
Arrange all chopped ingredients in a salad bowl.
2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 teasp salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Spiral Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Mt Zero extra virgin olive oil
2 tbls fresh lemon juice
1/2 teasp sugar or maple syrup
5 tbls Spiral red wine vinegar
1/2 teasp basil leaves, chopped
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Marinated Lamb Backstraps
Two Lamb Back Straps
Mingle Sofia natural seasoning blend
Sprinkle both sides of Back Straps with Mingle Sofia blend and set aside for an hour or overnight.
Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium heat
Cook Back Straps for 2-3 minutes both sides then remove from pan. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Cut into 1 cm slices and serve with the Greek Salad.
