- 1/2 cup raw organic (unsalted and shelled) pistachios - 10 approx. mint leaves - 3/4 approx. cup water - 3-4 dates - 1 teaspoon vanilla - 1 scoop 180 Superfood Coconut (available at Harmonia Health) - pinch of Himalayan sea salt - 1 tray ice (added last)
